6. Billing Verification

To help prevent fraudulent transactions, please ensure that your billing information exactly matches the details registered with your payment provider.

Orders identified by our automated fraud detection systems may be temporarily delayed or cancelled to help protect both the cardholder and our customers.

7. Refunds

All approved refunds are processed according to our official Refund & Return Policy.

Once a refund has been approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected by your bank or payment provider.
